Shipping policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
All orders (excluding custom orders) are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
These order processing times are standard and do not include times of a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not compensate (refund, reshipment, etc.) for items shipped to shipping addresses that are provided incorrectly. If you send us an e-mail to correct the shipping address provided there is no guarantee that the address will be adjusted in time for shipping.
